They kept me informed about the progress of the work, I chose to watch the repair after being burned a few times by shoddy work, cut corners I’m a skeptic ..This repair was also for a tenants unit, and Courtney explained each step along the way. She were also respectful of my 94 year old home, ensuring that the work area was clean and tidy throughout the project. I’ve NEVER until today had no clean up after a repair. I even watched Courtney CLEAN up other dirty spots and fingerprints left by the plumber that was in beforehand.
